Shipping

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Many orders ship sooner, but this window allows time for careful packing and handling. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Our candles are hand-poured in small batches. From time to time, a particular scent may sell out or require additional cure time. If that happens, orders may take up to two weeks to ship — and I’ll send a note to keep you in the loop.

At this time, we ship within the United States. To keep things simple, all orders ship free, with tax included.

We hope to offer international shipping for friends abroad in the future.

If you are located outside the U.S. and interested in receiving a candle, please feel free to reach out — I’m happy to explore a custom shipment when possible.


 

Returns

We encourage intentional purchasing and, due to the nature of our products, are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Gift cards are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or something doesn’t seem right, please reach out to support@hotwaxlab.com within 7 days of delivery and I’ll help resolve it.

Once an order has shipped, delivery timing and handling are managed by the carrier. If anything feels off, you’re welcome to reach out and I’ll do my best to assist.
